2020 Annual Recital

Hello APA Families -

The costume orders you placed for our Annual APA Recital have arrived. We’ve assigned times for you to pick up costumes on Sunday, July 26th . Please be sure and bring a face mask, limit pick up to only yourself (and your dancer if needed), maintain social distancing guidelines, and do not hang out and visit while at the studio pickup.

Please lineup outside the studio door assigned by Dancer’s last name (this is the name used on your costume order form). A limited number of people will be allowed in the studio at a time. Hands will be sanitized upon entering. You will pick up costumes at stations assigned by last name and organized by instructor. Please come with a list of your classes/day/time/instructor to help expedite the process. After receiving your costumes, if you’ve ordered tights, please stop by the tights station. Tights will be assigned by last name. Once you have received all your items, please exit immediately from the back door. The back door is located in the back of Studio 1, next to the soda machine. Kellie will be floating between the 2 studios answering any questions that may arise.

Dress Rehearsal - Friday, June 25th, 2021

Recital - Saturday, June 26th  & Sunday, June 27th, 2021

Cash/Check Payments:

- Pick up an Order Form from Instructors, or in the APA Office.

- Carefully complete your form.  Be sure to inlude dancer measurements and weight.  This is needed to order the appropriate size costume and tights.  See measuring instructions below.

- Specify Tights quatities needed, and if a optional nude leotard is needed.

- Place order forms WITH payment in an envelope and drop in the "Recital Costumes" black box in the APA office.

Credit Card Payments:

This online form is only for those making credit card payments (we use PayPal to accept credit card payments). Cash or check payments should be submitted in the Recital Costume payment box in the APA office.

Please complete one form per Dancer. You'll also need to pay for each dancer separately if paying by credit card. This keeps things organized and confusion to a minimum on both sides. Thank you for your understanding!

Costume fee is $70/costume & required tights are $15/pair. APA Costume Manager will determine the final size for costumes (unless specified othewise). Sizes are determined by girth measurement. Dance apparel fits differently than street clothes and varies by vendor. Light Suntan tights are required for the recital performance. Please specify size and quantity when on the PayPal page.
