Your advance notice is required for canceled private lessons. Lack in notification will result in a regular class charge. 24 hr. advance notice is required.
$5.00 per month discount is given to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th siblings. Annual Registration/Insurance Fee is $25.00 per family, per year. Classes begin mid- August (following TUSD schedule) Lessons for August will be prorated
Tuition is due the 1st of each month and is considered delinquent if received after the 5th of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be assessed to all delinquent accounts
There will be no refunds unless a class is cancelled by APA Tuition is not prorated for missed classes. Make-up classes are allowed. All changes in registered class schedule (adds, drops, or transfers) must be submitted in writing. APA must be notified in writing when discontinuing classes. Failure to do so will result in continued billing to the account. Recital Costume fee is $50.00 per costume and due by January 15, 2012 Recital pictures are June 9, 2012 Recital Performances are June 23rd and 24th at the Grand Theatre Recital Tickets are $15.00 each available at the Grand Theater in Tracy
